Now, we’re looking for a skilled and compassionate Mental Health Therapist to join our team and help us take functional wellness to the next level.

Position Overview :

As a Mental Health Therapist at Curis, you’ll play a central role in supporting clients through challenges and personal growth using a functional and holistic lens. This is a collaborative position where you'll work alongside other wellness professionals to create transformative outcomes for your clients.

Key Responsibilities :

Conduct thorough mental health assessments and develop personalized treatment plans

Provide high-quality, evidence-based therapy (individual, group, and family sessions)

Integrate physical, emotional, and lifestyle factors into your therapeutic approach

Collaborate with chiropractors, nutritionists, and medical doctors for coordinated care

Monitor client progress and adapt interventions as needed

Maintain accurate, confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations

Educate clients on wellness strategies, self-care, and resilience

Stay up to date on mental health best practices and incorporate new approaches

Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and continuing education opportunities

What We’re Looking For :

Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field

Current and active state licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent)

Genuine interest in functional medicine and holistic mental health approaches

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Experience working with diverse populations and a strong sense of cultural competence

Team-oriented mindset and collaborative spirit

Proficiency with EHR systems and clinical documentation

What We Offer :

Competitive compensation potential : $68,000 – $115,000 per year (based on experience and schedule)
