Overview

The Program Manager for Patient and Family Experience will lead efforts to embed the authentic voice of patients and families into care design and delivery driving a culture of empathy inclusion and collaboration through the Patient Family Centered Care model (PFCC). The Program Manager will manage Patient Family Advisors (PFAs) support the Family Advisory Board and oversee Patient Family Advisory Councils (PFACs) ensuring meaningful involvement in shaping care experiences. This role also leads strategic initiatives across the Office of Experience teams aligning engagement efforts with hospital priorities to improve quality safety and experience.

Starting Pay

Our pay ranges are market competitive. The pay range for this job begins at $32.57 / hr but your offer will be determined based on your education and experience.

Remote Work / Work from Home

This position is not eligible to work remotely which means that the person hired will be required to work onsite at one of our Childrens Mercy locations and may not work from home.
