Primary Responsibilities :

- Completes follow-up and post-hospital assessments according to documented standard operating procedure
- Participates in management meetings that include, but may not limited to :
o Weekly case conference reviews
o Monthly staff meetings
o Schedule Joint Operating Committee meetings
o Quarterly Quality Improvement Committee meetings
o Continuing education / journal club programs
Perform related duties as necessary and other duties as assigned
