Responsibilities

Make your mark in a growing niche of the advertising industry : Recruitment marketing! Rise to the challenge of promoting our open positions, recruitment events, benefits and unique perks to jobseekers. Make daily use of your tactical knowledge of advertising and digital platforms. Use metrics plus a solid foundation of marketing and communications best practices to inform your work. Demonstrate the ability to complete multifaceted projects on time, on budget and while keeping your stakeholders aware and involved. Qualifications

Education

  • High School Diploma, General Education Development (GED) or Completion of a CHS-Approved Individualized Education Plan (IEP) Certificate required
  • Bachelor's Degree in Journalism, Advertising, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field required or 7 years of related experience may be substituted for Bachelor's Degree

    • Experience

  • 3 years of professional Communications experience required
  • Experience in healthcare and / or recruitment marketing preferred
