Position Summary :
The Marketing Manager will oversee the development and execution of strategic marketing plans to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. This role requires a hands-on leader who understands both traditional and digital marketing within a service-based industry.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with business goals.
- Manage all marketing campaigns across digital (SEO, PPC, social media, email) and traditional channels (print, radio, direct mail).
- Optimize lead generation efforts to attract residential and commercial HVAC clients.
- Oversee website management, content creation, and performance analytics.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure alignment between marketing and sales strategies.
- Monitor and report on marketing KPIs and ROI.
- Manage relationships with external vendors, marketing agencies, and contractors.
- Maintain brand consistency across all marketing and communication materials.
