Job Description We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with our Experience Team, Sales Team and external Marketing Agencies to execute a variety of internal communication projects, as well as external marketing initiatives. This role requires a creative and resourceful individual who can handle multiple projects simultaneously, has excellent organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Responsibilities Collaborative Projects : Work closely with the Vantage LED team, dealer partners, and the Sales Team to support cross-functional marketing initiatives and campaigns. Foster effective communication and teamwork across departments. Brand Management : Assist in maintaining brand consistency across all marketing materials and communication channels. Ensure that brand guidelines are followed in all marketing activities. Asset Curation and Management : Spearhead the curation of photo and video assets featuring our product line, as well as in-market installations, to be used across a variety of marketing channels. Social Media Management : Monitor social content provided by Marketing Agency, including responding to comments and messages. Event Coordination : Support the Sales Team and Marketing with signature Showroom events including vendor management (AV, Catering, Entertainers, etc.), event logistics (set-up, tear down, etc.) and attendee management (registration, post-event communications, etc.) Sales Team Support : Help with the creation of sales presentations and Bid-packages Manage and Report on Campaigns : Run and analyze analytics of content / campaigns run in order to measure success rates and investments. Internal Communications / Client Care Responsibilities Brand Champion : Work closely with Vantage LED's team and Experience Manager to promote all culture-related activities and communications including new employee onboarding, town halls, internal correspondence, employee award programs, trainings and workshops, social gatherings, and promotional events. Management of Online Presence : Manage and maintain the company's online, branded platforms, including asset procurement and fulfillment. Ability to research and analyze our market space : Comparing competitors' offerings, and different vertical markets. Skills & Abilities Proven marketing experience, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment (minimum 1-2 years). Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, vendors and team members. Strong copywriting skills for newsletter, PR, and other publications Excellent eye for detail. Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively. A collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Creativity and problem-solving abilities to handle unforeseen challenges. Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings and weekends (as required by event schedules). Ability to work well under pressure and remain composed during stressful situations. Experience working with a CRM and / or Marketing Automation software. Experience in Photoshop, Lightroom, InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere is a major plus.
