The Marketing Events Manager will play a pivotal role in elevating the Impiricus brand through strategic event planning, coordination, and execution. This role oversees all aspects of company participation in conferences, trade shows, hackathons, and internal events from concept to completion.

You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in marketing, sales, partnerships, and operations to ensure every event whether hosted by Impiricus or attended externally delivers exceptional experiences that build brand awareness, generate leads, and strengthen client and community relationships.

Responsibilities

Event Strategy & Planning

• Develop and manage a comprehensive annual event calendar, including industry conferences, society meetings, and client engagement opportunities.
• Partner with marketing leadership to align event engagement (i.e. speaking, sponsoring, networking, etc.) with broader brand and demand-generation goals.
• Identify and recommend new event opportunities that strengthen Impiricus' presence in the healthcare and technology ecosystems.

The base salary range for this role is $100,000 - 120,000. Where you land within the range will reflect your skills, experience, and location, while keeping team parity in mind and leaving room for future growth.
