Job Summary
The Sr. Communications Specialist will play a key role in shaping strategic communications that support Quaker Houghton's global business initiatives. In this fast-paced, collaborative role, you'll lead campaign development from concept to execution - partnering across regions to deliver impactful, multi-channel content that drives business objectives. This position reports to the Global Director of Communications.
What you will do
- Lead the consultation and execution of strategic communications for diverse business initiatives-scoping work, identifying challenges and objectives, and delivering integrated, multi-channel campaigns.
- Manage end-to-end project execution, including planning, content development, writing, distribution (often in multiple languages), and vendor coordination.
- Collaborate with global subject matter experts to shape compelling narratives and deliver content across formats such as articles, announcements, presentations, videos, multimedia, and promotional messaging for internal and external platforms.
- Uphold brand standards and ensure consistency, clarity, and professionalism across all communications.
- Build and navigate internal networks across business lines and regions to align with the company's editorial calendar and measure content performance against defined objectives.
