As a Assistant Brand Manager, Pharma Dry Eye Marketing - FORT WORTH, TX, to partner with the brand managers in planning, creating, and executing marketing, advertising, and promotional materials for assigned brand(s), ensuring delivery against sales and market share targets.
In this role, a typical day will include :
Marketing Project Leadership
- Lead the development, approval, and execution of marketing and promotional materials from concept to launch in consultation with or under the supervision of Brand Manager.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Regulatory, Medical, Legal, Sales, and Digital teams to ensure alignment and compliance.
- Leading brand projects through the material approval process and the review committee
- Manage timelines, budgets, production schedules and agency partners to deliver high-quality, on-brand assets.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide insights to optimize marketing ROI on selling tools.
- Support digital and professional marketing efforts, including social media, websites, and sales tools.
