Project Logistics Administrator

Summary : The Project Logistics Administrator assists the Project Teams in weekly material reporting, filing and documentation, material ordering & receiving, and invoice processing.
Requirements :
- Requests, tracks, and maintains purchase orders & purchase order changes, as needed.
- Inspects, documents, tracks, and registers project material arrivals with confirmation from the Project Team.
- Supports payment status troubleshooting and vendor communication.
- Requests, tracks, maintains and consolidates required vendor and supplier documentation, as needed.
- Attends work regularly and punctually, as scheduled or expected.
- Complies with Employee Handbook, Code of Conduct and Company Policies & Procedures.
- Presents, supports, and leads-by-example with a safety and quality-oriented attitude.
- Works with site team to reconcile material / inventory discrepancies, under the direction of the Project Manager.

Anticipated base salary range : $26.00 / hr. - $30.00 / hr. The final agreed upon compensation is based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. Per Diem of $95.00 daily to cover lodging and meals.
