Amundsen Davis seeks a Litigation Associate to join its Chicago office in the Tort Litigation practice. The ideal candidate is licensed in Illinois and has two or more years of experience in civil litigation. Strong communication skills, solid analytical and writing skills, and the ability to work well on a team are also required. You will represent clients in all aspects of litigation, including but not limited to, all aspects of oral and written discovery, and active motion and trial practice in both state and federal court. Experience in drafting pleadings, drafting and responding to written discovery, conducting depositions, client communications, and preparing case evaluations on liability, damages, and recommended course of action, is strongly preferred. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, well-organized, and detail-oriented.
The annual base salary range anticipated for this position in Illinois is $105,000-$140,000, depending upon experience. This salary range excludes available bonus opportunities. A listing of our benefits can be found here : https : / / www.amundsendavislaw.com / careers-attorneys.
