MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Linux Engineer to join our team onsite in San Diego, CA . This is an onsite position.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to :

• Provide technical remote and onsite support and guidance to NCTE Range end-users, addressing IT-related issues and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues related to system configurations and network connectivity for Range POR systems
• Ability to work with Domain Name System (DNS) and
• Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP) and Windows / Linux environments and familiarity with Active Directory in Windows environments
• Writing standard operating procedures (SOPs) for IT systems and processes
• Strong understanding of Linux networking, patching, and operating systems, especially Red Hat 6,7,8 and 9, as well as Linux filesystems and Logical Volume Management (LVM)
• Up to 25% travel

The projected compensation range for this position is $87,400.00-$145,300.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary / hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
