About the Role

We're looking for a talented and driven Legal Counsel to join our legal team and support a variety aspects of the company’s legal needs. You will report directly to the VP & General Counsel and work closely with stakeholders across the organization.

What you'll do :
- Draft, negotiate, and review a wide range of commercial agreements including NDAs, customer agreements, vendor and consultant agreements, and more.
- Advise on a wide range of legal matters, including employment, privacy, and data protection, ensuring compliance and collaborating with external counsel when needed.
- Provide practical, business-oriented legal advice to cross-functional teams.
