Administrative Assistant
LHH is looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant for one of our clients, to provide support in a structured office setting. This role is well-suited for individuals with a strong background in administrative functions, particularly experienced in offering support to multiple managers across multiple teams.
Key Responsibilities :
- Coordinate schedules for internal staff and external meetings
- Provide general administrative support to management and team members
- Organize and maintain both physical and electronic filing systems
- Handle incoming calls and correspondence in a professional manner
- Assist with special projects and other administrative tasks as assigned
- Perform high-volume data entry, email responses and calendar management with emphasis on accuracy and attention to detail

Pay Details : $20.00 to $24.00 per hour
