ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES : (INCLUDES BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING)
- Wash all types of dishes and glasses; lift racks plate stacks bus pans and silverware weighing a maximum of 40 pounds to shoulder height.
- Clean floors mats and drains for sanitary reasons using mops brooms scrapers scrubbers and chemicals.
- Clean stainless steel or wipe down with soap and water.
- Remove dirty dishes from the cooks line and take to dish room for cleaning and restock cooks line with clean dishes.
- Maintain the cleanliness of employees bathrooms by sweeping mopping scouring and (overall cleaning) by bending kneeling and crouching.
- Clean and polish the silverware and hollowware on a daily basis or as needed for functions by lifting silverware hollowware and bus pans weighing a maximum of 40 pounds above the waist.
