City Desk Associate

This position offers a dynamic and hybrid role where you will engage with various aspects of our operations. As a City Desk Associate, you will work in a clean, climate-controlled warehouse, moving between the warehouse, truck bays, inventory station, and customer service areas. Your duties will include answering phones, handling printed order tickets, and managing inventory using RF scanners.

Engage with walk-in customers in a polite and helpful manner.

Answer phones and manage orders received via phone and email.

Build and process customer orders efficiently.

Scan inventory in and out using RF scanners.

Work collaboratively with team members across different areas of the warehouse.

Proficiency in inventory management and control.

Experience with RF scanners.

Strong data entry skills.

Excellent customer service skills.

Higher starting wage if you have an HVAC background.

Work in a clean, climate-controlled warehouse with a schedule of Monday to Friday, 7 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM, aiming for up to 45 hours per week.

This is a Permanent position based out of West Fargo, North Dakota.

The pay range for this position is $41600.00 - $47840.00 / yr. Full Benefit Package. Medical, Dental, 401k, PTO, Holidays off.

This is a fully onsite position in West Fargo, ND.

This position is anticipated to close on Nov 30, 2025.
