The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will serve as a key member of the executive leadership team, responsible for the financial health and strategic planning of the company. The CFO will lead all financial functions—accounting, forecasting, treasury, tax, compliance, and risk management—while providing forward-looking guidance to support long-term growth and profitability. This position will also act as the primary liaison with financial institutions, regulatory bodies, and external auditors across all operating regions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive financial strategy aligned with company goals.
• Lead all aspects of finance, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, accounting, payroll, tax, and financial compliance.
• Oversee the preparation of timely and accurate financial reports using QuickBooks Online and other integrated systems.
• Monitor and analyze financial performance, implementing corrective actions when necessary to meet targets.
• Ensure full compliance with all applicable financial laws and regulations in the U.S., U.K., and Ireland.
• Provide strategic financial insight and analysis to the CEO and executive team to support operational and investment decisions.
• Drive the annual budgeting and long-range planning process in partnership with department leaders.
• Manage and nurture relationships with banks, insurers, tax authorities, auditors, and other external partners.
• Oversee working capital management, optimize liquidity, and support efficiency across multiple airport stations.
• Establish and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure audit readiness.
• Support M&A activities, international expansions, and capital investment initiatives.
• Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing finance and accounting team across all regions.
