Overview : Find your future at Fastenal! Our distribution center is hiring energetic, team oriented individuals to work in our fast pace warehouse! Working as Part-time Inventory Control, you will help facilitate the movement of product throughout our Distribution Center to company owned branches. You will manage our company inventory within the distribution center by verifying shelf product and quantity through inventory checks. This is an entry-level position based out of our distribution center located at 2001 Theurer Blvd, Winona, MN 55987. This position may offer a flexible schedule after a period of onboarding, training, and meeting performance goals.

Responsibilities : The duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to :

• Operating computer programs, RF scanners, and printers to label product
• Inspecting quality and accuracy of products
• Counting and auditing product
• Using a scale for weighing product
• Locating missing inventory
• Inspecting and correcting shelf integrity
• Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of work area
• Complying with health, safety and sustainability rules and expectations
• Participating in activities and programs that help the company achieve health, safety and sustainability objectives
• Learning, passing, and practicing various environmental health and safety trainings

Required Position Qualifications : The following skills and qualifications are required for this position :
