Position Summary : The Pump Applications Engineer / Product Specialist responds to inquiries from the organizations sales force or customers about the technical aspects of the organizations products and services. Leads technical training about product selection performance and troubleshooting. Reviews engineering specifications and generates proposals. Develop skills and knowledge of the organizations products and services.

Education : Bachelors degree in engineering or equivalent relevant education and work experience.

Experience :

• 2 years of experience with engineering degree (Applications Engineer)
• 5 years of technical product experience without an engineering degree (Product Specialist)
• Relevant industry experience (pumps valves system design rotating equipment etc.) desired

Physical Requirements : The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. The work is predominantly sedentary and requires minimal or negligible physical exertion. The employee is normally seated; however the nature of the work allows for periods of standing or walking at will. Work Environment : The environment is primarily in a controlled climate office setting but will also require time on the manufacturing floor. The manufacturing environment is subject to moderate changes in temperature and the employee may be exposed to typical hazards of noise flying debris and overhead hazards requiring the use of proper PPE (Personal Protective Equipment).

Work Arrangement : Hybrid after completing 90 days

Pay Range : $85000.00 - $100000.00 annually

This position is eligible to earn a discretionary bonus based on performance metrics and other criteria outlined in our applicable bonus plan.
