Volt is immediately hiring for a Human Resources Coordinator in Irvine, CA.
As an HR Coordinator you will assist with :
- Providing HR support to an average of 100-200 employees.
- Workers compensation administration; processing of claims
- Benefits administration; LOA, health insurance, retirement plans
- Onboarding and new hire orientations
- Credentialing of new hires an making sure all existing employees are in compliance
- HR documentation and reporting
- Maintenance of confidential HR data
- Reception coverage
This is a full-time tempt to hire or direct hire opportunity. The role is working 100% onsite at company site in Irvine.
Schedule : Monday - Friday from 8am - 5pm.
The ideal candidate will have :
Pay Rate : $65,000 Annually
