Human Resources Assistant
LHH is currently seeking a Human Resources Assistant with 2 or more years of experience for a full-time job at a high energy marketing company in Santa Monica, CA. This is a contract-to-hire role that offers the opportunity to work with a growing and dynamic organization within the advertising and marketing industry.
This role entails providing human resources support to a dedicated team while adhering to company processes and policies. Our ideal candidate has the ability to effectively prioritize HR tasks, stay organized in a fast-paced environment, and communicate clearly as they will play a major part in the success of the office. Responsibilities :
- Updating and maintaining personnel files
- Recruiting assistance - tracking job applicants, maintaining job postings, etc.
- Assisting with New Hire Orientations
- Perform other tasks and functions assigned to provide support to other team members and internal departments

Pay Details : $21.00 to $26.00 per hour
