HR Generalist
We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to join our team on a contract basis in Dallas, Texas. In this role, you will collaborate closely with executives and divisional leaders to deliver impactful HR solutions that align with business objectives and enhance employee engagement. This position requires a strong focus on strategic guidance, employee relations, compliance, and talent management within a fast-paced real estate and property environment.
Responsibilities :
Partner with leadership to align human resource strategies with organizational goals and objectives.
Implement HR programs and initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and divisional performance.
Provide expert guidance on workforce planning, recruitment, and talent development strategies.
Address employee relations concerns, offering resolution and support to foster a positive work environment.
Facilitate performance management processes, including coaching, goal setting, and feedback.
Manage recruitment efforts, including preparing offer letters and overseeing onboarding for new hires.
Coordinate training programs and development initiatives to support employee growth and career progression.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and company policies, managing investigations and grievances as needed.
Utilize HR metrics and data to inform decision-making and present actionable reports to leadership.
Oversee the administration of compensation changes, retention agreements, and benefits processes.
Requirements :
Proficiency in HRIS systems such as ADP Workforce Now, Paylocity, or Ceridian Dayforce.
Strong knowledge of employment laws, compliance standards, and HR best practices.
Experience in talent management, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee development.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to resolve employee relations issues effectively.
Familiarity with benefits administration, open enrollment, and compensation management.
Ability to analyze HR data and present insights to support organizational improvements.
Expertise in handling FMLA processes, background checks, and commission statements.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
