- Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting within a corporate environment.
- Strong abilities in sourcing candidates using various recruitment methods.
- Proficiency in conducting interviews and evaluating candidate qualifications.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems for efficient recruitment management.
- Knowledge of compensation, benefits, and leave policies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and other standard office software.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
