Senior Hr Coordinator
We are working with a client who is looking for a dedicated Senior HR Coordinator to join our team on a contract basis in Minneapolis, Minnesota. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to various aspects of human resources, including onboarding, benefits administration, and employee support. Responsibilities
- Facilitate onboarding processes for new hires and conduct training sessions on system usage.
- Manage benefits administration, including enrollment, invoice reconciliation, and coordination with insurance brokers.
- Oversee leave of absence processing and ensure accurate handling of employee benefits during such periods.
- Review and verify timecards and payroll registers, submitting accurate information to the payroll carrier.
- Respond to inquiries and manage communications through the HR inbox.
- Take ownership of special projects, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to address various tasks as assigned.
- Maintain a focus on accuracy and attention to detail in all HR-related activities.
- Provide exceptional customer service to employees and stakeholders, ensuring a positive experience.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve HR processes and workflows.
