HR Generalist
The HR Generalist plays a key role in supporting all aspects of talent acquisition, employee relations, and HR program administration. This position partners closely with leadership to deliver a positive employee experience, ensure compliance with company policies, and promote a culture of engagement and development.
Key Responsibilities :
Serve as a subject matter expert on recruiting trends, policies, and best practices in the market.
Partner with hiring managers to create accurate and engaging job postings for open positions.
Source candidates through both active and passive channels and conduct interviews for all prospective candidates.
Manage the full hiring process and maintain data integrity within the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Stay current with market trends, particularly within the financial industry, and recommend process improvements.
Oversee and coordinate the onboarding process to ensure seamless integration of new hires.
Partner with external vendors to maintain mutually beneficial relationships.
Collaborate with regional offices to ensure consistent standards for candidate care and talent acquisition.
Support Talent Management programs, including training, performance reviews, and employee engagement.
Administer the Training Program and Performance Review Process, ensuring timely completion and follow-up.
Assist in the administration of immigration procedures for employees as needed.
Collaborate on recognition and engagement programs that promote employee satisfaction and retention.
Generate and analyze Talent Management reports to support business decisions.
Perform other related duties and projects as assigned.
Requirements Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
3+ years of HR generalist or recruiting experience (financial industry experience preferred).
Strong understanding of HR compliance, employment law, and best practices.
Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
Proficiency with HRIS / ATS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
