Human Resources Coordinator
At Call Your Mother we believe that great food is made even better with amazing service and having fun together. CYM is a neighborhood bagel shop and deli with locations in the DC area and Denver, CO.
We're looking for new team members with positive attitudes and an eagerness to learn who are as excited about good food & GOOD VIBES.
As an HR Coordinator, you will support the full employee lifecycle and help manage key HR systems and processes. You'll play a vital role in making Call Your Mother an amazing place to work, supporting hourly team members to managers.
In this role, you'll partner closely with the DMV Human Resources Manager to coordinate day-to-day HR operations, including onboarding and offboarding, benefits administration, compliance, employee relations and employee data management. You'll be a go-to resource for team members, helping ensure they have the support and information they need to thrive.
