A company is looking for an HR and Payroll Compliance Consultant to support regional compliance assessments across Southeast Asia.
Key Responsibilities
Support regional HR and payroll compliance discovery and risk assessment activities across multiple Southeast Asian countries
Review country-level processes and documentation to identify compliance risks
Prepare structured assessment notes, risk summaries, and recommendations for follow-up review
Required Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience in HR or payroll compliance, audit, or process assessment
Knowledge of employment and payroll regulations across Southeast Asia
Strong analytical and documentation skills
Proven ability to support regional teams and communicate findings clearly
Fluency in English (written and verbal)
