Responsibilities
The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) will :
- Develop and execute workforce plans based on an understanding of external customer trends and issues in the industry
- Lead organizational assessments to identify and address performance gaps and convert strategies into result-driven actions
- Provide change management leadership to support organizational initiatives
- Analyze HR data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve business outcomes
- Collaborate with HR team to identify talent gaps and implement effective hiring strategies
- Conduct recruiting activities, interviews, evaluate candidates, and assist with the hiring process
- Provide coaching and development to managers and employees to enhance their skills and abilities
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations and company policies and procedures
- Develop and implement standard HR processes and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
- Monitor HR metrics and trends to identify areas of improvement and make recommendations for change
- Perform other duties, as needed
