A   Hospitaity Specialist  is the first person the guest sees and the last : you are the face of the restaurant! As a host / hostess, you will be a member of a cohesive team that supports each other’s success in a fast-paced environment.

What you will do :

• Understand our Guest-Obsessed culture and do whatever it takes to create a positive and memorable guest experience.
• Welcome guests warmly by opening the door, smiling, and making eye contact as they enter the restaurant
• Seat guests at their own pace, handing the appropriate menu(s) to each guest after they’re seated.
• Communicate with servers and managers regarding availability of tables, seating of large parties, or special requests so that guests receive seamless service.
• Handle guests’ complaints by listening to their concerns, always informing a manager, and resolving issues PLUS ONE to ensure overall guest satisfaction.

We are looking for energetic and dependable individuals to add to our team. A great attitude and being team-oriented are a must. We are a premier fondue restaurant located in ABQ Uptown. Our mission is to provide the Perfect Night Out to our guests and a positive work environment for our team members. We offer a warm, friendly, and positive environment that promotes teamwork. We offer highly competitive hourly pay, meal benefits, and opportunity to grow. Our hours of operation are family and student-friendly. We close at 8 : 30 pm every day except Friday and Saturday, which is 9 pm and closing after last seating takes typically 1-2 hours. The Melting Pot in ABQ Uptown Boise is a great supplemental income job for those with day jobs or school. And we have a 4 person seasoned management team that has experience levels at The Melting Pot from 2 years to 10 years.

SUMMARY :

The Host / Concierge is responsible for providing Total Guest Satisfaction (TGS) throughout a guest's dining experience. He / she must be a positive, consistent hospitality-oriented role model to other staff and guests.
