The Manager of the Women's Ambulatory Services reports to the Director of Ambulatory Services. Under limited supervision, the Manager of Women's Ambulatory Services is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day clinic operations in a designated area within MUSC Ambulatory clinics. The Manager proactively assesses and implements appropriate processes to ensure that all facets of ambulatory clinic management are effectively addressed. The Manager works collaboratively with physicians, nurses, and staff to ensure timely patient access to care, operational efficiency, practice optimization, fiscal integrity, and to foster the delivery of a quality patient care experience. This manager position is over 4 women's locations. Clements Ferry, Maybank, Daniel Island and East Cooper Women's.

Job Responsibilities :

• Direct the day-to day operations to ensure the clinic is providing quality patient care.
• Manage the Human Resources functions to ensure the needs of the patient are met.
• Ensure care team members of the clinic provide the highest quality care and are in compliance with Federal, State and other regulatory agency standards.
• Collaborate with Director to formulate a plan for employee engagement and professional development.
• Implement and participate in performance improvement / research activities designed to improve patient car, clinic efficiencies and
• organizational processes.
