Salary : Position Overview :

The Licensed Mental Health Professional is responsible for providing comprehensive therapeutic services, including individual, group, and family therapy, to clients with a variety of mental health concerns. This position involves conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions, and preparing discharge summaries upon the completion of services. The Licensed Mental Health Professional will collaborate with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective and individualized care.

Key Responsibilities :

• Therapy Services :

Provide individual, group, and family therapy using evidence-based treatment modalities (e.g., CBT, DBT, ACT, trauma-informed care).

Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments to determine the clients mental health status, needs, and strengths.

Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings and client goals.

Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential client records, including session notes, progress reports, and treatment plans.

Work closely with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, case managers, social workers, and medical professionals, to provide coordinated care.

Respond to client crises with appropriate interventions, including risk assessment for harm to self or others.

Prepare discharge summaries that outline the clients progress, ongoing needs, and any follow-up recommendations.

Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical research, interventions, and techniques in the mental health field.
