Summary
Provides Employee Health Services to hospital staff including but not limited to pre?employment and periodic health histories / physical assessments; care for on?the?job illnesses, injuries and exposures; and post?accident alcohol / drug screening. May provide nursing coverage and direct patient care for Center for Corporate Health program. Assists with development and implementation of policies and procedures relating to employee health.
Formal Education Required
- Bachelors of Science in Nursing (BSN), COHN, or COHN eligible preferred
- Applicants with an Associates degree will be considered but are required to obtain BSN within three (3) years of employment
- Graduate of a program of professional nursing that is accredited by the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE) or Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN)
- Current license to practice registered nursing in the State of Ohio
