Job Summary :

NOFS (Northern Ohio Field Services) is currently seeking an experienced Mortgage Inspector to join our growing team in Allen County / Fort Wayne, Indiana. As a Mortgage Inspector at NOFS, you will be responsible for conducting inspections on residential properties to ensure occupancy status. This is a Contractor Other position and the successful candidate will work independently, without supervision, to complete assigned tasks accurately and efficiently.  Visit us at

Compensation & Benefits :

We offer a flat fee for each inspection. This fee varies by location and volume. You can expect to earn between $20 and $30 per hour.  As a contractor, you will also have the opportunity to set your own schedule and work autonomously.

Responsibilities :

• Conduct residential property inspections to ensure occupancy status, deliver delinquency letters, conduct insurance inspections
• Utilize inspection software and tools to document and report findings
• Take photos of properties and deliver documents as needed
• Complete inspections within designated timelines and meet performance metrics
• Communicate with account manager in a professional manner
• Keep up to date with industry regulations and guidelines
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of inspections
• Maintain professionalism at all times.
