[job_card.job_description]Implement therapeutic activities to address clients' developmental goals. Collaborate with the supervising Occupational Therapist and other healthcare professionals. Provide family education and support to ensure effective carryover of therapeutic interventions. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress. Active Arizona State License as an Occupational Therapy Assistant or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant Current CPR certification. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Previous experience working with pediatric clients is preferred. Article 9 Certification 401(k) with 3% match PTO Reimbursement for required documents (i.e. AZ licensure, Article 9, Fingerprint Clearance Card, CPR) Annual $250 reimbursement for CEUs Annual $100 reimbursement for equipment / toys Competitive compensation package Flexible work schedule Supportive and inclusive work environment Refer a therapist to our company and earn a $500 bonus once they reach 90 days of employment Eligible for reimbursement 90 days after employment

At Places You’ll Go Therapy, we offer highly flexible schedules. Are you looking for a small caseload to supplement your income or do you desire a full-time caseload? Give us the days, times, and cities you are interested in, and we will accommodate your caseload accordingly. We are looking for YOU to join our team! - Part time as low as 12 sessions / week Full time requires a commitment of 25 sessions / week

However, with continued growth, we are looking to expand our services to treat patients throughout the lifespan. We are committed to delivering high-quality care in the comfort of our patients' homes. Our team of dedicated professionals strives to make a positive impact on the lives of our patients and their families.
Position Overview : We are currently seeking a compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our team. The chosen candidate will work in a home health setting primarily with pediatric patients, providing personalized and effective occupational therapy services.
