Education Supervisor$2500 Sign-On Bonus!Pay Range : $50960 $53040 per yearAre you ready to take the next step in your education career while helping shape brighter futures RFK Community Alliance is looking for a passionate and motivated Education Supervisor to join our team in Lancaster We SeekIn this dynamic full-time role youll be a key leader supporting teaching assistants and ensuring smooth student-centered operations throughout the school day. From managing student arrivals and dismissals to overseeing critical documentation your leadership will help create a positive and productive learning environment for all. ResponsibilitiesParticipates and assists in the development of incentives and support plans for students within the assigned school the daily arrival of day students. Records and maintains accurate attendance records and communicates daily attendance to the administrative assistant. Oversees morning arrival for day students and staff deployment for supervision of the morning transitions. Oversees dismissal and bus transitions for day students. Assesses safety and transportation issues and reports incidents / concerns to the Assistant Director of that the educational environment is safe and clean and is maintained in a professional that all incident reports for students are completed and reported to clinicians and training lectures and courses as indicated as part of professional development. Receives a minimum of 24 hours of training a You AreYou are someone who leads with compassion and who values collaboration professionalism and teamwork. The successful candidate will have a bachelors degree in human services or a related field and one year of supervisory experience.
