A company is looking for a Sr Care Management Assistant Behavioral Health.

Key Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to the clinical Case Management team, including triaging referrals and conducting outreach to members

Document all interactions and maintain compliance with NCQA guidelines, including scheduling appointments and managing task lists

Function as a preceptor for new Care Management Assistants and process external case management referrals

Required Qualifications

High school diploma is required; a degree is preferred

Prior experience as a Care Management Assistant or in a precertification role is preferred

Computer skills are required, with an understanding of medical terminology

The ability to learn quickly and think logically is essential

Must be computer-literate and capable of researching problems effectively
