A company is looking for a Medical Biller Assistant to support revenue cycle management tasks.

Key Responsibilities :

Make daily client phone calls to discuss outstanding balances and inquiries

Reconcile patient accounts and follow up on claims within 48 hours

Obtain pre-authorizations for services and process medical records requests as needed

Required Qualifications :

Experience in billing or revenue cycle management preferred

Familiarity with medical billing software and electronic health records

High school diploma or equivalent required; further education in healthcare administration is a plus

Ability to work independently in a remote setting

Basic understanding of insurance policies and procedures
