Key Responsibilities

Define and execute the data strategy, establishing a cohesive vision and roadmap

Build and oversee the data stack architecture, ensuring seamless integration for high-quality insights

Develop and scale advertising analytics, creating pipelines for accurate reporting and optimization

Required Qualifications

10+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics, BI, or data science, with 5+ years in leadership roles

Proven experience in building and scaling data platforms and influencing architecture

Strong proficiency in SQL and Python, with hands-on experience in modern data tools

Experience with cloud environments such as AWS or GCP and familiarity with ML / AI toolchains

A player-coach mindset with a willingness to engage in hands-on work while building a team
