Overview :

Seeking a experienced Tech Transfer Scientist to support process development, scale-up, and commercialization of pharmaceutical products. This role combines technical expertise and cross-functional collaboration to advance product lifecycle stages efficiently.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead tech transfer and process optimization for formulation scale-up to commercialization.
• Draft and review technical documents, protocols, and reports.
• Analyze process data to maintain product quality and consistency.
• Collaborate with Operations to ensure accurate documentation and training.
• Participate in client meetings, audits, and continuous improvement efforts.
• Ensure all work complies with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
