PCI Field Safety Manager

Job Summary of Roles and Responsibilities :

The PCI Field Safety Manager is responsible for leading safety efforts, coordination, reporting requirements, and day-to-day occupational safety for our POWER Constructors Business Unit. This individual participates in the development, management, oversight as well as recording, tracking, and reporting of safety associated with PCI field activities. The successful candidate should demonstrate :

• Mindset to approach safety duties with a balanced respect for compliance and business needs
• Understanding, proficiency, and passion for occupational safety
• Ability to gain the trust of staff & management
• Collaborative, responsive & consensus-building work style

The successful candidate will work with the Corporate Safety Team as well as Field Services leadership to develop, implement, promote, enforce, and ensure that safety programs align with corporate requirements and client requirements.
