Title : Senior Manager, Commercial Financial Planning & Analysis

Position Summary :
We are seeking a Senior Manager of Commercial Financial Planning & Analysis who will report into the Senior Director, Financial Planning & Analysis. You will be responsible for partnering closely with Commercial teams-including Sales, Marketing, and Operations-to drive strategic business objectives through planning, analysis, and actionable insights. This role supports all aspects of financial management, including expense planning, monthly and quarterly variance analysis, and preparation of management commentary. The Senior Manager, Commercial FP&A builds and maintains financial models, delivers ad-hoc analyses, and provides proactive updates to inform decision-making. Acting as a liaison between Finance and Commercial leadership, this position develops strong partnerships across the organization and plays a critical role in supporting the company's growth and performance.
Responsibilities :
- Partner with Commercial teams (Sales, Marketing, Operations) to track initiatives against budgets and forecasts, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Develop, maintain, and track Commercial expense budgets and forecasts to support planning, performance monitoring, and strategic decision-making.
- Build and update financial models to evaluate commercial performance, inform initiatives, and support data-driven decisions.
- Support month- and quarter-end close by preparing accruals, performing variance analysis, and providing management commentary.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver actionable insights that inform strategy and drive business outcomes.
- Provide proactive updates to leadership by monitoring key performance drivers and emerging issues.
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses and modeling to evaluate growth opportunities and support Commercial strategy.
- Develop strong partnerships with business leaders and cross-functional teams to enhance decision-making and organizational performance.
- Other responsibilities as needed to support business priorities and cross-functional initiatives.

Our lead therapeutic candidate, gedatolisib, is an intravenously administered, potential first-in-class PI3K / AKT / mTOR (PAM) pathway inhibitor. Its mechanism of action and pharmacokinetic properties are highly differentiated from other currently approved and investigational therapies that target PI3K or mTOR alone or together. Gedatolisib phase 3 clinical development programs are focused on the treatment of patients with HR+ / HER2- ABC in the 1L and 2L settings. A Phase 1b / 2 clinical trial evaluating gedatolisib in combination with darolutamide in patients with metastatic castration resistant prostate cancer, is on-going.
