Event Coordinator

SOLV Energy is an engineering, procurement, construction (EPC) and solar services provider for utility solar, high voltage substation and energy storage markets across North America. We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Event Coordinator to join our team in the renewable energy sector. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing a wide range of corporate events that support our mission to advance clean energy solutions. The ideal candidate will bring creativity, attention to detail, and a passion for sustainability to every event they manage.

Position Responsibilities and Duties :

• Assist with events including Executive meetings, jobsite events, conference receptions, client events, and team offsites.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Business Development, Talent Development, Operations, Executive leadership) to align event goals with business objectives.
• Coordinate all event logistics including sourcing, venue selection, vendor coordination, travel arrangements, catering, AV, team building.
• Assist with event registration software, tracking and reporting.
• Maintain event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and return on investment.
• Coordinate event branding, signage, and promotional materials in line with corporate identity.
• Track event performance metrics and prepare post-event reports with insights and recommendations.
• Maintain strong relationships with vendors, venues and industry partners.
• Ensure all events reflect the company's commitment to professionalism, innovation, and environmental responsibility.
