Entry-Level Electronic Assembler

Location : Santa Barbara / Goleta, CA

Schedule : Monday–Friday, Onsite

Pay : $20–$24 per hour DOE

About the Role :

We’re looking for a motivated Entry-Level Electronic Assembler to join our team in Santa Barbara / Goleta. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, has strong attention to detail, and is eager to grow in the electronics manufacturing field. Training is provided!

Responsibilities :

Assemble electronic components and hardware according to work instructions

Perform basic soldering, wiring, and cable assembly (training provided as needed)

Inspect parts and assemblies for quality and accuracy

Maintain a clean and organized workstation

Follow safety procedures and production standards

Qualifications :

No prior experience required—entry level welcomed!

Comfort using basic hand tools and small components

Good manual dexterity and attention to detail

Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

Reliable, punctual, and able to work onsite Monday–Friday
