Position Overview

As an Entry Level Brand Ambassador , you’ll meet customers in person, explain our auto glass repair and replacement services, and help them schedule their appointments. You’ll represent a trusted brand, earn base pay plus uncapped commissions , and receive hands-on training to set you up for success.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customers at community events, retail locations, and designated territories
• Explain repair and replacement options clearly and confidently
• Promote NuVision Auto Glass products and build brand awareness
• Generate new leads and close same-day sales
• Record customer details and schedule appointments accurately
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain a positive attitude
• Meet and exceed sales goals with team support and coaching
