Entry-Level Administrative Coordinator
Join our organization as an Entry-Level Administrative Coordinator, where you'll provide crucial front-office support, help optimize office operations, and learn the essentials of professional administration.
Requirements include :
- Greeting visitors, directing calls, and handling general office inquiries professionally
- Organizing and maintaining both physical and electronic files
- Assisting with calendar management and scheduling meetings or appointments
- Preparing meeting rooms and ensuring availability of necessary technology
- Performing accurate data entry for invoices, customer information, and other records
- Supporting event planning and logistics (including virtual events)
- Ordering and restocking office supplies as needed
- Assisting multiple departments by performing routine clerical tasks
