Data Entry Specialist

We are seeking a diligent Data Entry Specialist to meticulously update mortgage application data into our internal systems. This role demands a high level of accuracy and attention to detail as you will be integral in ensuring the integrity and compliance of our data.

Responsibilities :

• Accurately input and update mortgage application data into internal systems.
• Review loan documents for completeness and consistency.
• Verify borrower information including income, assets, and credit details.
• Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for loan documentation.
• Perform regular audits to ensure data integrity and compliance with company policies.
• Assist with generating reports and summaries for management review.
• Handle sensitive client information with confidentiality and professionalism.

Work Environment :

You will work in a very nice office space conveniently located right off the highway in Cottage Grove. This role offers the potential to apply to internal postings and the opportunity for conversion to a full-time employee.

Job Type & Location :

This is a Contract position based out of Madison, Wisconsin.

Pay and Benefits :

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
