This role is ideal for a recent law school graduate with a Juris Doctor (JD) degree entry level to 2 years of relevant experience, who is eager to build a successful career in the legal industry.

Qualifications :
The ideal candidate for the Entry Level Attorney position must possess the following qualifications :
1. A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
2. Admitted to the state bar or eligible for admission.
3. A minimum of 2 years of experience in employment law or a related field.
4. Exceptional research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
5. Proficient in legal research tools and software.
6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
7. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
8. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
9. High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
10. Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
