Overview
Primary Responsibilities
- Scan all documents received and processed by SGWS and all divisions
- Index (early archiving) all invoices into a proper workflow
- Prepare documents for late archiving / scanning for Accounts Payable, Inventory Costing, General Ledger, and Supplier billing departments
- Operate data capture technology to import digitized documents into the document management system
- Make corrections to scanned images as required
- Print and mail Supplier Billing invoices and statements as well as mailing checks
- Perform filing duties, which may include 'purging' and archiving old documents
- Maintain electronically transmitted supplier credits / invoices
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned
