We have openings in our Sand Springs office. The role of a Care Coordinator II requires a Bachelor's degree in a behavioral health related field. Minimum of one year work experience with children in the mental health field or related social service field. Must be able to provide varying types of case management and / or rehabilitative services in various setting to individual, families and groups as well as provide crisis intervention services, as assigned.
The starting salary for a Care Coordinator II is $49,201.67

Counseling & Recovery Services of Oklahoma provides mental health and substance abuse treatment, physical health care management and wellness services for over 5,000 children and adults annually. We are Oklahoma's only community mental health center certified in the Sanctuary model of care. Other Duties : Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
Physical Requirements : Must be able to move from location to location, bending, stooping, lifting 25 pounds, communicate clearly, prepare written communications, present information to other employees, process complex information within established procedures / programs, enter data to various programs. Must be able to climb stairs and access non-handicapped equipped residences / facilities.
