Manage, hire, and coach a best-in-class social team that breaks ground on what it means to be "social-first" Partner with Brand Marketing, Digital Commerce, and external agencies to align social initiatives with product launches, sponsorships, and retail activations. Position the social function as a core driver of innovation, influence, and growth within the marketing department. Concept, create, and edit content (photo, video, short-form, graphics) while directing the Social Media Content Creators to execute at scale. Deliver bold, breakthrough campaigns that capture cultural relevance and inspire consumer action. Oversee editorial calendars, ensuring content is timely, on-trend, and optimized for each platform. Build brand storytelling that sparks conversation, builds affinity, and generates virality. Lead best-in-class community management, ensuring authentic, two-way conversations with consumers. Build and manage influencer / creator partnerships, integrating their voices into disruptive brand campaigns. Spot cultural and category trends early, positioning our brands as leaders in the digital conversation. Define and monitor KPIs (reach, engagement, virality, conversions, sentiment) to measure impact. Translate insights into action, continuously pushing the boundaries of what social can deliver. Connect social performance to broader business results including In-Store, Amazon, Walmart.com, TikTok Shop, and DTC growth. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 8+ years of experience in social media, digital marketing, or brand communications. CPG experience required, Food & Beverage industry strongly preferred. Proven success in concepting and scaling viral, disruptive campaigns. Hands-on content creation expertise (video, photography, editing tools, Adobe / Canva / CapCut). Deep knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, and emerging platforms. Excellent computer and Word and PowerPoint skills. Strong oral and written communication skills. Excellent project management and organizational abilities. Data-driven, entrepreneurial, and passionate about building culturally relevant brands A proactive and self-motivated individual with a passion for marketing and brand management. Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively. Strong influencer partnership management skills.
